  • If you contact us through the contact form, we will collect your name, email any information you make available to us;
  • If you contact us by phone, we will collect your name and any other information you make available to us.
  • Usage Data : we may also collect information regarding how the Service is accessed and used (“Usage Data”). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We also rely on third party service providers to perform various services on our behalf, such as payment, networking, marketing, analysis, hosting and data storage.   • Automattic: we use Automatic for our cookie compliance pop-up, it is a widget provide by WordPress. Here is the privacy policy
  • WordPress: we use WordPress to provide our website template and structure, as well as online access. Here is the privacy policy
  • Mailchimp: we use Mailchimp for our email newsletters and blasts. Here is the privacy policy
  • Google: we use almost all of Googles business services. (Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google My Business, Google Search Console, Google Analytics.. etc.). Google has a site widget/pixel installed on our site that “crawls” it 24/7 to ensure the site is searchable and meets all SEO/SEM standards for the general public and we can promote our sites. Note: Google does collect data if you are going from their search console to our site and tracks their data cookies – we do not track any of this information – we only get analytics (summary numbers, time spent, gender, age range, no names, emails, location or otherwise unless they sign up and provide that information) from promotions.   • Facebook/Facebook Messenger/Instagram: we use Facebook and “Facebook Products”(Messenger, Instagram… etc.) to communicate with our customer/following. We have pixels installed on our websites that track how many people go to our websites, as well as paid promotions analytics (similar to Google, just a bit more demographics. Still no names, emails, etc.) For Facebook Messenger any customer who communications directly with us shares their personal information with us. Facebook tracks the cookies/datas from the pixel – we have no access to that data. Here is the privacy policy
  • ManyChat: we use Manychat as our Facebook Messenger automation bot as well as our website automation pop up bot. The consumer must initiate and communicate “Get Started” “Hi” or any communication for it to track their information. Many Chat will store the customers name, and any other information they deem necessary. We can access their information through the Facebook (Activated Integration) or the Many Chat website to communicate back with them. We have the ability to delete their information from our database on ManyChats website however we have no control on their server and data collection beyond our access.   • Amazon: we use Amazon and Amazon Services to sell some of our products and to promote our products. Amazon does not have a pixel installed on our site but could in the future depending on advertising requirements. They will collect the same/similar data to Google and we will only get advertising summary information. All other cookies/data collected by Amazon will be theirs not accessible to us.   • Snaptech: we use Snaptech to host our websites. Here is the privacy policy
  • Nucleus Network: we use Nucleus Networks to be our 24/7 IT support and server provider (internally) and cloud based. Here is the privacy policy
  • Asana: we use Asana has a task management software. It is cloud based and used internally. However we use it to create tasks for different departments, ie: Customer sample request is communicated to us directly from the customer via Instagram, we collect their name, address, phone number and email address for shipping. All that information goes into Asana as a task for a team member to accomplish and then is marked completed. However all that information is still available to our team as a “Completed Task” for as long as we keep it. We do have the ability to delete the task however, we have no control on their server and data collection beyond our access. Here is the privacy policy.
  • Shopify: where appropriate, we use Shopify as a e-commerce platform. Here is thePrivacy policy.
  • Shopify Stripe: We use Shopify Stripe as a payment processor. Here is the privacy policy.
  • Moneris: We use Moneris as our payment gateway. Here is the privacy policy.
  • Batchmaster: We use Batchmaster as our internal customer program. Here is the privacy policy.

Retention Period Of Personal Data

We will only keep your Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the relevant purposes set out in this Policy Privacy and in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. Security Of Personal Data

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the information submitted, both during transmission and once we receive it. We maintain appropriate physical, technical and administrative safeguards to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, misuse, and any other unlawful form of processing of the personal information in our possession.
